How to Register in OJS 3

To submit manuscripts to the Journal of Digital Informatics (JDI), authors are required to create an account in the Open Journal Systems (OJS). Please follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Journal Website
    Visit the official website of the Journal of Digital Informatics at: [insert journal URL].

  2. Click on the Registration Link
    On the homepage, select the Register link, usually located at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Fill in the Registration Form
    Complete all required fields in the registration form, including:

    • Username and Password (choose a secure password and remember it for future logins),

    • Email Address (ensure it is active as all correspondence will be sent here),

    • Full Name (please use your full legal name),

    • Affiliation (institution or organization where you work/study),

    • Country of residence.

  4. Select Roles
    When registering, please ensure to check the box for Author. This will enable you to submit manuscripts. You may also register as a reader or reviewer, if appropriate.

  5. Agree to the Terms and Privacy Statement
    Read the journal’s privacy statement and check the box to indicate agreement.

  6. Complete the Registration
    Click on the Register button to finalize your account. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

  7. Login and Start Submission
    After registration, log in using your username and password. Navigate to the Author Dashboard to begin submitting your manuscript.
